Kellen Pond is a property accountant at Waypoint Real Estate. He brings full-cycle property accounting experience from Kellison Corp and three years of corporate real estate accounting with Mercy Housing.

Kellen holds a bachelor's degree in finance and is excited to grow his skills in commercial real estate while taking on new challenges.

A Fort Collins native, Kellen spent nearly a year in southern Africa but always finds his way back to Northern Colorado. He and his wife are involved with Hope and Home, a Colorado foster care agency. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing, fly fishing, camping, reading history, and his two dogs.
