Erika Tran is the Listing Manager for Waypoint Real Estate,where she leads end-to-end listing marketing operations across 130+ properties annually, supporting eight brokers. Since stepping into the role in 2025, she has streamlined and scaled marketing by building centralized systems, standardizing workflows, and improving efficiency, accuracy, and brand consistency across all platforms.

With a background spanning real estate, event and hospitality management, and human capital management, Erika brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to her work. A licensed REALTOR® since 2017, she has experience in residential, investment, and luxury markets, and previously held roles at the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, ADP, and the Fort Collins Marriott.

Erika is known for her ability to manage complex projects, lead through transitions, and build systems that support growth. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Living Her Legacy and is actively involved in community initiatives. A Colorado native and proud CSU Ram fan, she enjoys time with family, supporting her son’s basketball, and being out on the water.
