Tayler Townsend serves as Executive Assistant at Waypoint, supporting leadership and helping the team operate smoothly across day-to-day priorities. A seventh-generation Fort Collins native with deep roots in Northern Colorado, she brings customer service expertise, real estate experience, and an international perspective to her work. After earning her associate of science degree from Montana State University, she began her career in customer service and hospitality, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. She later worked as a residential realtor with Find Colorado Real Estate, a boutique brokerage, before broadening her horizons by earning a TEFL certification and teaching English in Spain while traveling across Europe.

Tayler thrives in collaborative environments, partnering with colleagues and team members to share ideas, solve challenges, and keep things moving. Her organization, attention to detail, and dedication to quality make her a reliable partner across the team.

Outside of work, Tayler enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her dog, Rosie — camping, paddleboarding, or attending concerts.
