Randy Berman is a property manager at Waypoint Property Management. His role encompasses tenant relations, lease administration, vendor relations, and addressing maintenance requests. With a strong background in construction, facility, property, and operations management, Randy excels at solving problems and ensuring the smooth operation of properties under his care.

Randy's career includes significant experience in property management and retail operations. He has previously worked with JLL, CRG Reality, Macerich, Entertainment Development Group, and Trisec Hahn, holding positions such as general manager, assistant general manager, tenant coordinator, and operations manager. This diverse background has equipped Randy with a comprehensive skill set, enabling him to effectively manage the various aspects of property management, from coordinating with tenants and vendors to overseeing maintenance and operational tasks.

Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Randy holds a B.A. in history from the University of Colorado. He is a three-time International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Maxi Award winner and has completed ICSC General Manager training levels 1 and 2.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys fly fishing, gardening, walking his dog, watching his son play soccer and hockey, and camping. His passion for outdoor activities and family time reflects his well-rounded and balanced approach to life.
