Sarah Brittenham serves as a property management operations coordinator for Waypoint Property Management, where she supports the team with day-to-day operational tasks, vendor coordination, lease administration support, and helping ensure maintenance requests and tenant needs are handled smoothly. Sarah previously served as a property manager at Waypoint, giving her a strong foundation in tenant relations, lease administration, and the operational rhythms of the properties she now helps support.

With past experience in hospitality with companies such as Shorts Travel Management, Marriott, and Austin Sports Commission, Sarah brings a variety of hospitality and management knowledge to the team. Throughout her career, she has excelled in providing excellent customer service. At work she enjoys assisting clients, problem-solving, and collaborating with teammates.

Sarah is a Colorado native who enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two kids, Miles and Shay, along with traveling, cooking, reading, house projects, and, like all Coloradans, trying new breweries.
