Adam Wolkow is a maintenance technician at Waypoint Property Management, where he is responsible for building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Adam brings a wealth of experience from his past roles with Kiefer Concrete, Dillmann’s Custom Concrete, his own business Artistic Concrete Surfaces LLC, and A Buyers Choice Home Inspections. Throughout his career, he has excelled in solving problems and repairing broken items. At work, he enjoys utilizing his diverse skill set to tackle various maintenance challenges.

Originally from De Smet, South Dakota, the hometown of Laura Ingalls Wilder, Adam enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, hanging out with friends and family, and working on DIY home improvement projects. He completed the two-year Building Trades Technology course at Lake Area Technical College.
