Brad Briar serves as a Day Porter at Waypoint Real Estate, bringing reliability and a positive attitude to the team each day. Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, Brad takes pride in keeping properties well cared for and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Before joining Waypoint, Brad spent six years working at Colorado State University in the Lory Student Center, where he developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Outside of work, Brad enjoys golfing and spending time with his cat, Ash and dog, Bruce.
