Cassie Kelsay brings over ten years of licensed commercial real estate experience to Waypoint Property Management. A Colorado State University graduate with a B.S. in Communication Disorders, Cassie also completed Kaplan Real Estate School and is working toward industry certifications. Her career includes significant experience with CBRE in transaction management for the US Postal account and property management across retail, HOA, office, and warehouse portfolios; FSB managing primarily medical properties including the Littleton Hospital campus; and Kiewit overseeing the Lone Tree campus while assisting teams across the country.

Cassie is excited to give back to the Fort Collins community while expanding her knowledge of the Northern Colorado market. Cassie loves collaboration and is known for being highly organized with personal systems that she readily shares with team members. Cassie is proactive, willing to help train others, and excels at prioritizing tasks to maintain a high level of service even during busy times. Her professional development goals include obtaining industry certifications, deepening her local community and market knowledge, and improving operational efficiencies.

A true Colorado native, Cassie grew up in southeast Denver. Her family includes her husband, two daughters, and three dogs. Cassie is also involved with Chi Omega sorority at CSU, where she has served as an advisor and VP of House Corp, and has assisted with Make a Wish Foundation. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys Pilates, gardening, travel, reading, fly fishing, watercolor painting, and spending time with her dogs.
