Chris Medina is a maintenance technician at Waypoint Property Management, where he helps keep the properties in Waypoint's portfolio well cared for and running smoothly. He brings hands-on facility maintenance experience across both residential and commercial portfolios, along with time spent as a plant mechanic in hospitals and medical clinics.

Before moving into facility maintenance, Chris built a broad trade background in pest control, electrical automation, drywall, and as an apprentice electrician, giving him a practical, well-rounded approach to whatever a building needs. He holds an Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO) certification and is focused on growing in his role, being a go-to resource for his team, and taking on new challenges as they come.

Born and raised in Windsor, Colorado, Chris has called Northern Colorado home his whole life. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and working out, and his favorite way to unwind is around a campfire in the mountains. He's a Denver Broncos fan, loves live music, and treasures time with his wife, Katelyn, and their four daughters, Ciara, Madison, Marley, and Myla.
