Greg Thomas is a commercial broker at Waypoint Real Estate, where he works with owners, investors, tenants, and users to buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate, with a focus on properties throughout Wyoming. Greg brings 15 years of brokerage leadership to the role, having served as managing broker with Grubb & Ellis | Wyoming and Thomas and Moorehead, LLP.

Before moving into brokerage, Greg built a career in public accounting and consulting spanning nearly two decades. He began with five years at Arthur Andersen and went on to hold partner roles at Gregory Thomas & Associates; McMahon, Thomas, Pierson and Poydence; and Sikich Gardner and Company, followed by four years as a consultant with McGladrey & Pullen. A CPA who holds a B.S. in accounting and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, Greg brings an uncommon depth of financial fluency to commercial transactions, an asset when evaluating a deal's numbers alongside its market fundamentals.

Greg's roots span Laramie, Wyoming; Chicago, Illinois; and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his daughters play volleyball and softball, along with golfing and fly fishing.
