Jack serves as an associate broker, helping tenants, owners and users to locate, lease or purchase commercial real estate. Jack manages client relationships, conducts market research, negotiates transactions, and provides advisory services to ensure successful commercial real estate deals and long-term client satisfaction. Previously Jack was a property management day porter for Waypoint Property Management. Before joining the Waypoint team, Jack worked at Citizen Printing in Fort Collins. He is known for his attention to detail and his self-motivation.

Born and raised in Fort Collins, Jack enjoys playing sports, skiing, and camping. He recently graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in construction management and a minor in real estate.
