Jerick Flores brings over a decade of experience in people-focused work, with a strong foundation in employee engagement, leadership development, and workplace culture. Before joining Waypoint, Jerick spent 13 years with Colorado State University’s University Advancement division, where he managed student leadership programs, spearheaded fundraising initiatives, and served as Associate Director of HR—advancing employee success through strategic HR programming.

Jerick is a SHRM-Certified Professional, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, ATD Training & Facilitation Certified, and a Prosci Change Practitioner. His passion lies in aligning people and resources with business goals and creating environments where employees feel empowered, connected, and supported. Known for his collaborative spirit and people-first mindset, Jerick helps drive Waypoint’s commitment to a strong, engaged workplace culture.

Outside of work, Jerick enjoys gravel biking, skiing, spending time on the water, and hitting the gym.
