JoAnne Martin is a Property Manager at Waypoint Real Estate. A Fort Collins native, she brings a diverse background in administrative leadership, commercial real estate support, law enforcement, and property management.

Before joining Waypoint in 2025, JoAnne worked in CPA firms, supported CitiBank through Cushman & Wakefield as a commercial property assistant and leasing administrator, and later transitioned into residential property management. She also spent nearly 10 years serving as a Deputy Sheriff and parole officer.

JoAnne is known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities. Outside of work, she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
