Josh originally joined Waypoint as a day porter, where he developed a strong understanding of property care through hands-on experience maintaining building exteriors, managing cleanliness, and addressing light maintenance needs. This background, combined with his earlier career in restaurant general management, gives him a unique mix of operational know-how and strong people skills.

Known for his reliability, energy, and positive attitude, Josh enjoys working closely with tenants and teammates to create a welcoming environment. Originally from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, he attended Chico State and brings a wide range of life experiences to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys producing music, DJing, playing pool, and gaming.
