She obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Kelli has held various roles, such as senior real estate accountant, senior accountant, and project accountant, with past employers including Blue Ocean Enterprises, Brinkman Construction/Brinkman Shared Services, and Neenan Archistruction. These roles have equipped her with a detailed understanding of commercial real estate, real estate investments, and construction management.
Kelli enjoys the collaborative environment at Waypoint and the various tasks required to produce relevant financial data for owners and investors. Her skills as a detail-oriented accounting professional make her a valuable asset to the team. Originally from southern Louisiana, Kelli moved to Colorado in 2004.
