Lainey Morse brings a strong background in accounting, operations, and problem-solving to the Waypoint team. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Colorado in 2018 and quickly embraced the Northern Colorado community and outdoor lifestyle. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with plans to earn her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.

Before joining Waypoint, Lainey gained experience across several industries including manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Her work supporting the growth of a manufacturing startup strengthened her analytical mindset and passion for improving processes. Outside of work, Lainey enjoys hiking and camping in the Rocky Mountains, attending concerts, playing piano, and spending time with her partner, Ben, and their three cattle dogs—Baloo, Kona, and Merle.
