Matt Burns serves as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator at Waypoint Real Estate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and a Minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University. His background includes experience in construction (labor and management positions) and the food service industry. Matt currently works weekends as a waiter at the Grainhouse in Windsor.

Originally from Wakefield, Massachusetts, Matt is the older brother to twin sisters. Outside of work, Matt enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, fishing, cooking, hockey, and traveling.
