Michele Osborn joins Waypoint as a Property Management Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in human services to the commercial real estate industry. Michele holds a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and has an impressive career trajectory that includes roles as a drug and alcohol counselor, case manager, transitional program director, special education teacher, and Community Employment Specialist Supervisor in Wisconsin. Most recently, Michele spent ten years as an independent vendor for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), helping individuals with various barriers to employment find and succeed in the workplace through job coaching and support.
Michele is excited to learn about the commercial real estate industry and move up within Waypoint while continuing to give back to the community. Michele excels in both team collaboration and individual work, believing that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes. She values clear communication as key to her success and is always eager to learn and try new things.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys reading, paddle boarding, drinks on the patio in the sunshine, hiking, volunteering, and learning Spanish. She loves sushi and Mexican food, and can often be found at The Pourhouse in Loveland with friends.
