Taylor Segrave serves as Accounting Manager at Waypoint Real Estate, where she oversees financial operations and supports the company’s accounting processes across its real estate and property management services.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Colorado.

Before joining Waypoint, Taylor began her career in tax accounting at Plante Moran and most recently worked at Brinkman Real Estate, where she focused on real estate accounting. She enjoys working in the real estate and property management industry and values collaborating with a strong team while tackling detailed financial projects.

Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Taylor enjoys traveling, reading, skiing, pickleball, paddleboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
