HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
BACKGROUND
Victoria Wyman is the human resources and compliance coordinator at Waypoint Real Estate. In her role, Victoria handles benefits administration, IT management, compliance, and risk mitigation. She is responsible for coordinating benefits enrollment, managing IT licenses and hardware inventory, and overseeing cybersecurity projects. Victoria also ensures organizational compliance, manages insurance policies, manages company vehicles and large equipment, and handles brokerage billing and lease document preparation.
Before joining Waypoint, Victoria gained experience across various industries, including real estate, retail, and caregiving. She worked with Real Estate Personnel, Whole Foods, Turning Point, and Visiting Angels, demonstrating her adaptability and diverse skill set. Victoria is a fast learner known for her dependability and efficiency in supporting her team.
Originally from Colorado, Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing a certification in natural resources from Front Range Community College. In her free time, Victoria enjoys hiking, spending time with her cat, Poppy, and tackling various personal projects.
